  Hi

  I've got to argue the first point. I contacted CS with an issue last week (over the 4th July Holiday weekend), not only did I get a reply within a couple of hours but the matter was resolved straight away.

  As for the rest, well .. .

  On the "no customer service," I have to disagree as well. Overall, I have found them to be fantastic. (I'm guessing the OP is referring to WGT.) 
  
  Recently, they helped take care of a difficult situation. While I didn't 100% agree with their resolution, I think they did a very good job. At one point, my account was disabled. They restored my account, and that's about all I have to say about that.
  
  Overall, again, they're excellent, even if we disagree on the details, which is neither here nor there.

  It has always been my experience that CS responds promptly and settles discrepancies in a timely fashion. I will also add that any time I have contacted a Mod, they have done their best to sort things out favorably. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with these two aspects of the game. As for the game itself, compared to what it could have been, and still could be ? Ya got to be effin' kiddin' me !
