HIOSoon: still no answer from the people WE employ ?
Did you contact CS (link on the bottom of every forum page - Contact)
This is the only way to resolve an issue....the mods barely pay attention to the forums now IMO.
Based on the thread title, he did....addressed by Alosso in above post.

Robbo81303: Where does the OP say he clears his cache? Anyone?Anyone???
I believe this was stated from HIO's second post in this thread....well that is my understanding of the OP's statement.....and that is from a neutral viewpoint.....getting too old for arguments lol
HIOSoon:
have had same flash version for over 2 years, do not let it update auto.and global settings cleared every 9 holes
I don't think that's what he meant. By way of explanation:
WGTShamWow:
To clear your Flash Cache...
1. Visit Macromedia Adobe at: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.html
2. In the Global Storage Settings Panel, change the Global Storage Settings to 100K or higher, and select the "Allow Third-Party Flash Content..." and "Store Common Flash Components..." options
3. In the Website Privacy Settings Panel, click Delete All Sites to clear the Flash Cache
Step 3 clears the cache (not the way I do it, I use the Flash Player Control Panel) but what I believe the OP was referring to is in Step 2.
If one selects the "Store Common Flash Components" option, those stored components can be accessed via the Local Storage Settings Panel and, if desired, they can be cleared from this panel. This is what I believe the OP meant.
I personally choose NOT to store these components. On my computer, this makes the presentation of the WGT site marginally clunkier but helps smooth the meter. This is the root of my disagreement with Jim. He insists this helps nothing on any computer. I say 'balderdash!!'
On a side note, in the Global Storage Settings Panel, the default setting is 100K. Bumping this to 1MB greatly improves the consistency of the gameplay (smoother, more responsive meter and more consistent shot distances). This step was advocated heavily by chrisironbones in many threads years ago and is a necessity for ideal gameplay imho.
