Lipouts...

    9 holes at St Andrews produced 5 lipouts. Not sure if i should laugh, cry or toss the clubs into a lake...LOL

    Lip outs show that your putting is improving...your misses are getting closer.

    You are not alone mate, i've notice many player's getting ridiculous lip-outs the past 2 month's or so...

    You may have a point there. I always add 1' to my distance before I determine the % of swing. I'll adjust that a bit and see.

    The foot may be right, maybe the % isn't in relation to green speed.  Usually if the ball is rolling slower at the hole, it stands a better chance of dropping.  Too fast and you tend to see the lips.  Of course, if break isn't right you will see it also,  But as Paul said, if you are now seeing more lips then before, your breaks are closer, and that is a good thing.  Fine tune.
