  I have been trying to play friends but can't figure out how to send a request

  Looks like you have 4 friends and if your trying to play a multi player game. host a game and you pick the friends that are able to play. However I would suggest that you use your 'MY MESSAGE' and find out when the best time for you and your friends to play.

  Schedule a Tee time and everyone turns their light on GREEN JUST for FRIENDS, you can host and invite your friends.

  On the bottom of your play now page  under MULTIPLAYER you can join a game or create a game. Find out from your friends who will host and who will accept the invitation.

  The site keeps saying I can not play my friend due to Country/State restrictions. What does this mean? We are both in the same country and the same state...

   

  How do I get around this to play a friend in a match of skins?

  Pepe,i'm not sure but when you say skins i assume you mean credits. This may be considered gambling in your state which might also be illegal,hence the restrictions. GL.
