Since the site went down a few weeks ago I had been trying to find out what was going on . I thought that I was being regulated by Supersonic . I contacted WGT through C/S and for the first time I got the dummy down by WGT . They acted like they didnt know what was going on and had me contact Supersonic Ads .
So I did but had to go through Zendesk who handles the complaints . After a few days they replied and told me to go directly to Supersonic which has now merged with iron source .So it turned out as I had thought WGT let the contract expire without renewal so no more Supersonic .
This is now why we have another blank space just like with Media Tru X . So just like they let Oakmont go without any explanation it`s the same thing again . Even after players were posting threads about it there again was no response by the mods or helpful hands from C/S .
So I guess this is another money grab by Top Golf to raise revenue . So I guess eventually they are going to let all of the credit offers go as the contracts expire and phase it all out of the game . Not realising that there are players who play on fixed incomes and with disabilities . These palyers cant afford to purchase clubs and balls on their incomes .
So rather than make their revenue from the advertisers they would rather cut their throats and try to squeeze the funds out of those who dont have it . So far I have never payed to play this game and never will . The day that I give them real money to play a make believe game will be the day that I quit playing .
