Screen position

  When the pop up screen for my game comes up there is a visible black stripe at the top about 1/8 of an inch wide and this is transferred to the bottom and the menu options are almost hidden,makes it hard to shot constantly wants to resize please help !

  I am not sure what this is but seems to be a flash error. can you try the following for all browsers and see if it helps?

  • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
  • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.
