Strongly recommend a separate forum thread for Mobile Players.   Their complaints and concerns are unique from those who play on PCs.

As a PC player, I'll often read a comment and not understand the issue only to find its based on a different playing platform than I've ever used.

Because the two games are not the same, shouldn't each be commenting in their own areas?

I play both, but I don't agree that there should be a different forum for mobile players. However if the question is PC specific or Mobile start your post with a 'P' for PC or a 'M' for mobile. for example:

[M- How can I lower my average?] or [P- How can I find a good CC?]

There is a lot of good information out there that can be use with both formats. You have laptop players that have the same type of problems that mobile players experience

IMHO what is more urgent and necessary is to link directly these PC forums to the mobile app.

As I mentioned in another thread, many mobile players don't even know the existence of the forums, not to mention all other useful features from PC platform simply because they don't get any of this information at all from the app they play on. I believe that is what creates the gap between PC and mobile more than anything.

Whether a separate forum for mobile users is created or not, what's the use if mobile players aren't aware of it?

Well said, Simon, I agree. Communication is the biggest obstacle mobile players face.

Simon is absolutely right. As a club owner I can tell you there is a huge communication gap between PC and mobile. I don't think that a separate forum is the answer, but maybe an identifying thing in their avatar might work. Then again what about the member who plays on both platforms?

Forgive me for dragging up this old chestnut again, but when a player posts a question about the game, the answer to which would differ for both mobile and desktop, would the avatar be a clue as to what platform they play on.

I know it's easy to change your avatar for something more personal to you, but I feel it's quite likely that questions about the game are going to come from newbies who perhaps haven't got around to changing their avatar from the default ones, which on the mobile platform seem to have a different appearance from the desktop ones.

Just a Sunday morning thought, thank you for listening. : )

    Hi

While there's no doubt some issues are only PC / mobile related, I agree Scott. The avatars are different and a quick glance at someones profile can also be a "giveaway", using coin clubs they're a mobile player.

Forgive ME for dragging up an "old chestnut", here I am on my mobile . . .

    Happy Sunday thoughts Scott

    Cheers!
