They do list the green speed & condition's..
Click on tournaments up the top there on this site go into RG`s go down the list of RG`s & all conditions are displayed.
I no when you are in game the conditions are not displayed until you sign up , maybe that is what you are talking about (yeah that would be good saves time opening the website up & checking before entering)
Would be good if they added more RG`s tend to run out of them to play in maybe after the USA open has finished , congressional maybe available for RG`s
A couple more tier RG`s be good to see keeps every1 happy
