  l get notified by email about every post not just once but even twice. the email had the following info:

  You were sent this email because you opted to receive email notifications for any new posts made to the group THEunPUTTables.

  To unsubscribe:

  1. To unsubscribe from this item only, visit the item link and turn off notifications.
  2. To stop all notifications of any updated items from World Golf Tour, go to Edit Profile, click on the Site Options tab, then under Email Configuration, set Send Notifications to "No". 

  l would like to do the second but can't find the Site Options tab - who can tell me how to find it?

  hi

  thanks for the report, i'll pass it along.

  you get notifications because you either subscribed to it (after every post) or they are turned on.

  for now, you can disable some by going to threads where you get them from and making sure you do not have check box asking you to email replies under your posts.

  also, click 'account' button then go to contact info tab and 2 other check boxes are there can be toggled
