I'm not just saying we are have the most active CC tour, we can prove it. Take THIS EXAMPLE of a typlical CC comp. 105 scores posted. Show me another CC that goes into 3 pages of scores, let alone one with less than 140 members.
WHO?
Don't let the name fool you, SEL has evolved into a truely global CC with around a third Brits, a third US/Can and the rest a mix of Aus/NZ/SA with a spread around Europe. This means our Chatbox is pretty much active 24/7.
We are an active level 19 CC which means as well as the Shot and Putter Pal, you get a 7% XP bonus for all rounds. We pride ourselves in the participation % of our competitions. We only ask that you get involved in some of our CC Tournaments.
WHY?
We wanted to create a CC that would have as much member involvement as possible. We looked for quality over quantity. Over the years we have slowly evolved into a CC where members can enjoy the game and social side that goes alongside. The fact that many long serving quality players have fould themselves here is testament to that.
We are always evolving to give members the best CC experience possible. To that end our members are encouraged to provide feedback/suggestions and any changes are put to a vote/poll for all to decide.

The SEL Tour
Each Tour lasts 13 weeks, they are Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. See schedule on website.
Within THE TOUR we have Strokeplay Leagues and CTTH leagues.

ORDER OF MERIT
Points are awarded for finishing places in all the events explained below. There are penalties for WD, which Topper has explained on his points explanation.
The ongoing points tables can be found on website, under the STANDINGS tab……”Strokeplay order of merit”.
Medal
One course split into 2 three day rounds with a 75% cut to the field after 1st round. Only open to all tiers. 12 events throughout TOUR.
Pennant
One 18 hole round, event open for 7 days. Only open to Champions, Tour Legends and Legends. 12 events throughout TOUR
Inglefield Shield
One 9 hole round, event open for 7 days. Only open to Tour Masters and below. 12 events throughout TOUR
18 Holer
One 18 hole round, event open for 7 days. 12 events throughout TOUR
Random Tee Trophy
One round open for 5 days . 9 holes and using random tees.
Affo Collator
9 holes using random conditions. 12 events throughout Tour with points accumulated for each round. Separate table will show winner of each Tour. Then points for finishing position will be transfered to main TOUR table.
SELEX CUP
Survivor
4 rounds. All play 2 rounds then 75% cut begins. All who make it to last round earn SELEX points.
Magnificent 7
3 events throughout the 13 week Tour. 7 courses in the week, and the lowest accumulative score wins. Separate table will show winner and points for finishing position will be transfered to SELEX table.
Endurance
One event in TOUR. 13 x 9 hole courses to be played in one week, with gradually worsening conditions. “Can you endure it”. Lowest accumulative score wins and separate table will show winner, all points for finishing position will be transfered to SELEX table.
NON-TOUR COMPETITIONS
SEL Leagues
4 divisions of 22 players with a 5th feeder league. 21 9 hole fixtures over 3 weeks each month
Inter CC
We
have a thriving Inter CC Team who play Matchplays against other CCs. We usually always have a match ongoing.
CTTH League
Daily
CTTH/Cup Comps – A CTTH set each day. Your best 14 scores throughout the month
go towards your final total. Some of
these rounds also double up and count towards The CTTH SEL Cup and the Tiered
Cup.
