help, i can't log in

  All of a sudden i bring up the wgt web page on my apple desk top  and i get the pin wheel (beach ball of death) it freezes. i've been trying all day and tt keeps freezeing. Can anybody help me?

  try this for all browsers and it should help

  • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
  • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.
