    JDGHOST:
looking at my credit card online statement all i saw were six charges all paid to the WGT 3 in the amounts of my purchases and 3 individual 1.00 charges also saying the WGT???

That's weird indeed - how should they be entitled to any additional charges?

I just checked mine, and only the $28.00 for 2800 credits was taken.

maybe your credit card company is adding a small fee for smaller purchases.

    Most likely ^^^

Read your terms on your card. If it is a prepaid card, then it may very well charge you a fee for using it. Processing fee.

If it is a standard card, then there may very well be a minimum charge threshold. You did not mention how many credits you purchased.

One last possibility. If you are from outside the U.S. you may be charged an international usage fee. I had my card company drop that, as I travel to China. 3% international fee, adds up, quickly.

understood and you are correct each purchase was small 5.00 each but why would it show WGT as the payee? For both the $5 and the $1 dollar? And i am in the U.S

I stopped using my credit card to buy credits. I use a Subway gift card now, reloadable, so when I buy whatever amount of credits I want that's all that is taken. And Subway doesn't charge for the card. You just pay whatever amount you want on the card.

I use Zong ("buy mobile"). It charges via my phone bill and pays out about 25% more. In the US, you get 1,269 credits for 9.99 $ today.

Did you actually get charged the $1 or did it show up in the pending area of your credit card account? I get that $1 in my pending area for quite a few things and it turned out that it wasn't the vendor that applied the charge but the credit card company (with the vendor's name on it). I called one of the vendors to ask what it was all about and their billing department had no idea. Eventually all of them have come off.

    LMAO (shaking head)

That is a "pre-authorization" charge because the credit card company authorizes the card before they  know the exact amount , no reason to do that here, but very common at gas stations with certain cards when they ok a card before you pump the gas...

the money "never" comes out of your account and disappears in a few days(usually 1 or 2)

Soooo, blame your card carrier not WGT, and do some research before you go off again!

If this was the case it would not show both charges as WGT
