How to read the meter speed indicator when buying clubs

  I am ready to upgrade my clubs but I have a question. When I am comparing clubs, say a driver, it says it has a slow swing meter, but the little clock looks identical to the clock on my starter driver. Can someone explain how to read this clock to determine which clubs have slow swing meters?

  Generally speaking, the further it is on the left side the slower the meter is
