    Seriously?
Yes. Basic customer care dictates they have to let us know that they're sorry about what's happened and keep us up to date with what they're doing to resolve the situation. Is that asking too much?Maintaining silence conveys the message they don't care.

heads are rolling and their crapping their pants?

Given the former I'm not surprised at the soiled underwear, no wonder things are as they are :-)

My guess, but unfortunately it is a guess, would be they are putting great effort into fixing things perhaps even going as far as delaying a clash!

Seriously though, Mainzman is right they don't only employ technicians there must be someone who could come on and let us know what's happening. Even if it was something like "sorry guys this is bad, a week on Tuesday at the earliest".

I'm going to put a word in on WGT's behalf here.

When this first happened, I looked at the HTML for the forum and made a mental note of what it looked like, and I can tell you, looking at the HTML now, it looks more or less the same as before all this happened. I can confirm that all the functionality is there, because I can do everything by changing the HTML manually, that could be done with the toolbar when we had it.

As far as I can make out, the only thing that is missing is the WYSIWYG editor, (Google that if you want to know more), and the toolbar is part of that. Things may look exactly the same as they did a week ago, but progress has been made, I promise you.

I gather then that the fix isn't just replacing something that got left out, like the toolbar? Sounds like they're rebuilding it behind the scenes, piece by piece.

I guess it might be something along those lines. Would be nice to get something direct from WGT though.

The above post is a response I received from wgt on a question I sent them about the issues. They promised to keep up updated in forum post but it still is just lip service to try and keep the troops quite. They put it well in words but no follow up. They want us in the dark.
