Ya can't go camping, hunting, fishing or anything else for more than 24 hours that loses your internet access without losing your consecutive days played. Seems like a wonderful thing for those "city folk" who never get out in the woods? How about revising the entire thing? Games played per month?? Something has to be better than this! I don't even bother, anymore. I just don't spend my life on the internet playing WGT every day. How about you make it fair to those of us not glued to the internet???????? Yeah, I know....but I thought I would ask, for what it's worth....which I have found to be...nothing. Let all your "always connected" babies get all the days played bonuses. Sheesh.

If you have a decent smart phone you should be able to get a signal just about anywhere. Get WGT mobile and you can play a random 3 on your phone and keep your streak alive. And there are so many places now with free wi-fi that getting an internet connection on a smart phone should be rather easy.

As Jim said: One shot is enough! To the OP: You'd have to make up your mind whether to enjoy your outdoor activities or to stick sourly to your indoor computer games. For me, it sucks so much that I don't care any more. Mind you that the CDP is one of the company's means to bind players to the game, to let them grind unlimitedly and not give a penny for their efforts. The world will not end when your CDP is reset! Oops - all the paragraphs are gone in the post, but they return for the edit.

I am back up to 450 cdp after having done an Alaskan cruise and interior tour. Not a big deal, just a matter of personal pride. Now I am on the road again and have used my phone app to play 3 holes to keep the cdp string going. By careful planning it is possible to go 4 days by playing only 9 holes and keep the string alive. Play just after a new day starts. This gets you almost 48 hours before needing to play again. Play just before the start of a new day, then again after the new day starts thus getting another 48 hours. This really means that you can play twice and get through 4 days.

One also cannot go to the theater, art galleries, museums, or anything else that fills one's evening with cultural value, resulting in a loss of internet access without losing one's consecutive days played. Seems like a wonderful thing for those "country folk" who never participate in well-rounded cultural life and have all the time in the world.

    A clear question of priorities...

I concur........who gives a rats butt about consecutive days. No prizes, no incentives IMO = no reason.********************Also the OP has a great point regarding days played/or games played. Little advantage to WGT in having a player hit one shot a day for a month to keep up a CDB, however a player who plays 150 rounds a month is much more valuable in terms of assumed ball usage, yet the latter may do that playing 5 days a week and not have a long CDB streak......it will not change and regardless, either way, there is still no reward nor incentive....
