***Member Services Downtime 10/29/17***

  Just wanted to let everyone know tomorrow 10/29, Member Services will be limited to issues they can assist with due to a system maintenance. This will not affect game play but some account specific issues such as equipment or credit issues will be delayed a day or two if you send in a request. Best, - WGTShamWow

  ok the last two days the game is not loading normal at all. i cant play a game it takes forever to load whats going on why is the server taking so long and sometimes it just stays in the loading screen.

  Is Member Services the same as Customer Services? If so, has it always been called that or do we all have a change in status? Or maybe it's a new department only serving those that have spent the extra 18,000c?

  Member Services = Customer Service, same thing.
