Hi. Ever since I equipped my player with sponsor apparel, my irons has become very very inconsistent. I have tried shots and taken mulligans, and the results has varied very much. One shot with my 4 iron goes 205 yards, next shot 211, the third 196. Max power on all swings, no backspin on the shots. Same behaviour on all irons. I have tried different apparel with no luck at all. Some apparel gives the irons extra distance, but that distance is far from accurate. I have experienced irratic behaviour before when playing, but this is a new level of "every shot is a surprize". The problem has been worse the last couple of days. As soon as I play a club tournament, my clubs automatically shoots the default distances, no matter what apparel I am equipped with, and the clubs perform as they should in that situation. 1: Is there a problem with apparel calculations in H2H games on the app version of WGT? 2: Is there a bug on my profile? 3: What apparel makes my clubs go haywire? Hat? Shirt? Shoes? Pants? Gloves? Anyone else with this experience connected to equipped apparel? Happy golfing/ Noordwesth

The extra attributes gained from apparel are only active in games that are classed as practice mode, like mobile head-to-head games. If you look at the listings for club tournaments, or WGT tournaments, on your mobile device you'll notice an icon bottom right that shows a shirt with a cross through it. This indicates apparel attributes are not in play. That's why you see different results in club tournaments.

    About your questions:

    1. Most likely yes, because It's a brand new "feature".

    2. No, same for every mobile player messing with apparel.

    3. On your mobile device, go to your profile (tap top right), tap the apparel tab, tap edit apparel, and when you go to equip something it tells you the bonus attributes.

I hope that helps. Good luck mate, happy golfing.

Hi. Yeah I know how to equip different apparel and what kinds of features they have, and also how much. The problem is really only the distance problems. Maybe it will get better because as you mention, it's a new feature. Thx for your time and answer cobber! I hope it will get fixed soon. :)

    Hi!

Strange, for me it was exactly the opposite.

    irons

My iron was causing erratic behaviour in my apparel.

    Happy hitting,

Mine was doing this also. I unequipped everything that has to do with distance and sweet spot. Clubs are now hitting more accurately.
