  A result for Round 9, Group 4, Match 3.

  MainzMan defeated russellfahey 5 up with 3 to play.

  The game was closer than it looks on paper, I somehow managed to win all the par 3 holes which was a big bonus.  Russ took a couple of holes after I went in the water on the 11th, I got another back on the 14th and  surprise birdie putt on the 15th took the win.  The big difference between us was putting, I made most of mine while Russ just missed a few vital ones.

  It was a great round though, good chat with a fun opponent.

  I hit a good tee shot on the 7th and a decent second shot on the 6th, I'll post the screenshots in the appropriate thread.

  Thanks for the game Russ, looking forward to the next.

  It certainly won't be on the best of par 3 course LMAO.Damion was a deserved winner,as like per usual my putting woes came to the fore just sliding under the cup almost everytime i had a chance to win or 1/2 the whole :( Russell

  Round 9: Match 1: Group 4:

  Frustrating but very fun game against Priestess. I was having some serious issues with dot speeds being off but got lucky and scratched out a halve. Great person and very much enjoyed the conversation and pace of play!

  Juat played my round against Robvandecasteel

  That guy was playing darts all night and tuffy to get an up on him.

  Still, good thing I got to conceded holes as that gave me momentum.

  I try to make a come back on the end, but Rob kept playing darts and seeking in every putt, that is when is was not within cc range  lol :o)

  None the less, Rob was a true gentleman on the course. Fun Canuck to play with.

  Cheers - the better player won, I just could not get it going today, especially my putting, but it was an enjoyable round. Good luck ahead.
