    Group 2, Round 2--East Coast 2 v Aphrodite

    HotHands424  and XsleightofhandX played to a draw.  sleightofhand did shoot a 68 but had to add 2 strokes causing the tie.

     

     

    All,

     

    Had a great match and ended up in a draw as she beat me by 2. Missed a lot of putts on the high side, most likely due to the championship lvl 13 greens that I don't get to play too often. That said, it was a great match and i'm glad I was able to keep up with a TL.

    The match ended. in a tie, but I feel like I was a winner.  Klayre was a so friendly and welcoming opponent, I didn't often think that this World Cup is serious business. 

    Klayre, you're staying on my friends list.  A thouroughly enjoyable match,  you were great company.   Sod the scores,  and we haven't a clue about CTTH holes, we just had a great game of golf.

    after 10 holes  paul was -3,  ed  was -1

    clawed back to even by the 14th hole took lead on 17th  by a shot,

    paul birdied last and i par last

     game ended in a tie

    and then off Nico  went on a birdy run

    Any player too ill to play etc etc etc . Only then can the Captains find a replacement.

    East coast 2 put 3 subs in and 2 of them got strokes. I am not pointing fingers but 3 players were ill at the same time??
