  Barry just couldn't catch a break and I had a hot hand. Two short putts on 8 and 10 that should have dropped defied gravity and that really hurt any chance of a comeback. Throw in a couple of bad bounces on the greens, an awful roll into the rough on one tee shot, just inches too long, and it showed the golf gods were out to get him. Despite it all Barry hung in there and played to the end in the proper spirit and with a good attitude. He’s a heckuva good guy and a new friend, and I have to say I admire his sportsmanship to stick with it as he did. It was a pleasure to meet you Barry, and I’m looking forward to getting another round in with you real soon. Cheers my friend.
