Is it just me or are there far more bugs since these unbelievably stupid things were introduced?
I've played 3 times today. Doing everything pretty much as always, all my approaches came up quite short. I guess I'll head out to a par 5 and remap my irons.

I thought about saving one weird shot today. Figured it wasn't worth it. The ball landed on the green (short of course) was rolling nicely, then just stopped dead.

My CC has totally ignored the clashes lately as our way of protesting, but we're not "spending enough to cover the entire office staffs salaries for two weeks" like the Georgian is, as jayw4862 points out.  If the "big boys"  and those of us here could be galvanized into acting together...MAYBE it might get some attention.
.........................................................................................................Its something that might work, but has to be organised. There has to be a thread with a date to start it (pick a clash date), and all club owners got on saying they would back it up, and then those CC owners get onto everyone in their CC's asking them not to play. Bump the heck out of the thread so that folks will take notice. Protesting doesnt really become a protest until something is done about it.

This is exactly what happens during clashes. It's uncanny how often it happens, always during clashes and very consistent.

Interesting. Hmm. Maybe just wait it out.

    Thanks for the heads up.

The G will never boycott the clash , That's what they do , Its their priority and the forum bug in not going to get in their way
Sadly, you're right. The problem is there's egos involved. To hell with this being a golf site when you can buy your way to what you think is the top. It feeds your illusion of greatness.

LMAO. I'm going to call that a rhetorical statement, Jim. We all know who lives and dies for these travesties. :-D

Why we care has absolutely nothing to do with these idiotic so called clashes. Why we care is that the total game experience ( including the forums ) that we were accustomed to has hit a new all time low. Why we care, is that WGT / Topgolf continues to ignore it's paying customers ( especially PC platform ) and continues on it's downhill spiral. Why we care, is that we once had a wonderful game that they have magically transformed into a piece of crap. Wrap your head around that, BK Girl, or , continue to defend their shameless money grubbing policies. I , for 1, ain't afraid to say sh!t when I smell it, an' that's all they been tossin' us lately. Doc :(

...well I don't think I'll go down without a fight....

...Jim, maybe their "sense of greatness" could be enhanced knowing they're importance brought about some change if they would skip just one clash....the next one.

I'll go ahead and be the sacrificial lamb.   I'll post the idea of a single clash "boycott" in the forum and though I'm not "friends" with the owners of the clubs, I'll take the top 10 clubs from this current clash and post on the owners profile page the idea, asking them to support it.  CE I saw your post asking your CC to not participate already...if others that read this would do the same...maybe we could generate some traction.

Without question, Wayne. If they weren't so wrapped up in themselves and their buying frenzy they could make a grand statement by boycotting just one clash. I'm pretty sure that would get WGT's attention. Probably wouldn't change anything but might garner some respect from the community.
