I posted this as a reply to someone asking how to level up quickly, but I figured I could post it separately as well in case people were curious.

In this method you will have to use credits but you don't buy the 40% drink, because if you do the math youre really just wasting credits. So Here goes,

First play consecutively till you reach the 880 cap XP bonus (doesnt matter if you do it by simply playing random 3 once a day or playing alot of rounds).

Once youve gotten to the 880 cap, the next day before you play a single round of anything, Go to the Pro shop and buy the XP super boost (20%) for 1 hour at 90 credits.

Now that you have the super boost play a free 9 hole stroke play tourny. By doing this you will maximize your XP from a tourny round and you will also gain 20% on your 880 bonus.

Once you have completed the tourny round, continue playing the 9 hole tourny round until the super boost has expired.

Now the next day repeat the process, starting by not playing your first round until after youve purchased the super boost, and only play 9 hole tourny rounds.

Now by doing this you have collected 176 XP just from the % gains on the bonus.

If you compare spending 270 on the 20% boost over a course of 3 days and gaining 528 XP to spending 270 one day on the 40% and only gaining 352 XP from the 880 bonus once, you can see how the math works in your favor.

Now if credits are no problem at all you can maximize your gain even further by simply buying the 270 one each day. It all depends on what your willing to spend.

Bare in mind you can repeat this process for however many days you'd like. But to get your moneys worth only buy the 1 hour duration and make sure it applies each day to the 880, if you buy a longer one youre only wasting credits on a lower return.

Also if youre lucky, or if you simply keep track of when you will receive your next award for any given type (sometimes even more than one at a time) the % gain can also be applied during times that you will get bonus XP from awards which then will also be multiplied by the drink %.

In the same essence this can be done with the 5% and 10% drinks as well, and by doing so you gain even larger XP gains over time, however it requires more time to see those returns and therefore you spend your credits even wiser, but it ends up taking you longer to level up. So really the qeustion then becomes do I want to get my money's worth, or do I want to level up quickly?.

    It's simple economics :D

I'd just like to add that you can get a little further bang for your boost by playing the 18-hole unlimited monthly as your first round, saving it when you reach the 18th green, and then buying the boost and resuming the round. You'll still get the boost applied to the 400 round bonus and 880 CDP bonus, plus you should be able to get 2 extra sets of 9-hole round bonuses.

You might be interested in the test I did when the boosts first came out:

Or you could just play the game and enjoy it and let the level bonus happen when it should.

I agree.......trying to get to level 88 however I keep finding myself looking at the drinks but instead by a sleeve of golf balls instead.

Levels will come when they come,  I just try to make sure I get the extra 880 points for playing everyday.

For the record, I don't use boost drinks, not that I have any issue with others doing so. In the link in my previous post, it's clear I was doing a test, and was not advocating that anyone use or not use boosts. Just trying to help the OP, and anyone else who is interested,  understand what I learned.

The fastest way is to let WGT do the work ;)  (you know what I mean)

Without such influence, one might buy 64 level boosts on the first day (I've seen that).

Other than that, the CDP bonus is the most effective way IMO, combined with stroke play tournaments. 20 mins for 9 holes in the morning give me 1100 XPs for the day, times 210 consecutives under my belt. Most time-effective would be to play one hole (via community / courses), e.g. STA #10, 3 mins incl. setup, 885 XPs if you dawdle on the green, only one stroke to the green counting against the ball.

Multiplayer games may look better, but they are time-consuming and always bear the risk of quitters eliminating the advantage.

I admire the effort to maximize the use of an XP boost but this requires good timing at midnight GMT, a possibly ungodly time at some places. Substract the points you don't get because you wait a full day to start it, it's less than 3000 XPs in one day against my 3300 in three days (see above) with the same amount of time, 1 hour, saving the extra costs of the boost booze.
