PUTTER PAL DISAPPEAR AND WGT DOES NOT RESPOND

  "no response from customer service"

  I purchased putter pal, 1000 hits, it disappear in a few days, I purchase again, disappear in less than one day. I out 700 credits and still no refund, I contact customer service and still no reply, I tried to contact twice, I quit for a couple years and now I have been playing again, I would like to continue , can u please help resolve this situation"no response from customer service"

  Go to game settings from your profile page.......Scroll down to putter pal and turn it on......Click on the one square... if you have purchased pl it should turn green
