Just get used to the deviations-or not. Notes won't help and practice seems futile. My point being, I just played SA front 9. Eagle-Birdie-Birdie-par-par-then the deviation. How do the winds change from 11-16 to all 19-21 and the greens are suddenly impossible to putt on. If under ideal conditions a club has a give or take margin of error how on earth does a din ged 9 iron with a 19 mph wind in the face go 135 yrds-off the green into 60-70 rough. Similar deviations continued the remainder of the round, carded a 37. Just my input, please don't tar and feather me for it. I just can't figure out how to compensate when this happens to try and save an under par round. But I keep trying.
