Multible players at turnaments

  Wondered if its only me, but i think it would be moore fun to play turny with my friends, rather than always have to go 18 alone on WGT org turny or CC org turny.

  you can play multi player up to 4 people on any course that allows it. in the game window, select multi player tab and follow prompts :)

  I think what he means is to be able to play the weekly unlimited (for example) as a foursome.

   

  Would be cool.

  Yes that would be awesome to be able to play the tournaments with others. Free and premium tournaments with up to 4 people. This would be great to have this option in wgt and cc tournaments.

  Oh... I proposed that idea years vago and i doubt it'll happen. Most players play better in single player, so that's likely why it'll never happen

  Another reason is then  2nd player can help first with reads and such.

  I almost posted this a while back, but like icon said, getting reads from other players would make it unfair.......

  I don't see how playing with someone would allow other players to read there putts for them makes no sense it doesn't show there DOTS and if your playing in a tourney against someone why in the world would you want to help them make putts when you are trying to win the tourney yourself I would assume! But you know what they say about assuming!!

  Also this is 2011 its not like if somebody wanted to help someone else that they couldn't just VIDEO call them up and Simple help in seconds LOL

  Just  to say you will never have multi player in Tourney's CC or whatever because someone could help someone is way 1990's!!

  I think the gentleman is just asking for the option not that everyone has to play it that way!

  In a real golf tourney, players can not help other players, nor can they take a video call.  As WGT would have no way to enforce this rule, they don't allow multi-player tourneys.  Makes perfect sense to me.  Even should WGT allow it, but disable all chat during the tourney, players couldstill communicate via, as mentioned, Cell phone, IM, and a number of other means.  Again, since WGT can not enforce what would be cheating, they have chosen the sensible route and made multi-player tourneys a non-starter.
