  The players that have seen the old days here, remember what you've said.

  The newer players don't have the benefit of the past history of WGT. They either won't or can't see what is here now and how it shows the future.  They'll figured it out by the end of 2018.

  It would be interesting to see a show of hands, on how many will stop playing wgt if there is no 2018 VUSO or new courses.

  I'm sure some will stop. We'll know about them because they'll throw a public tantrum in the forum as they 'leave'. Others will slip quietly away without a fuss because of critical disinterest.

  Not me though. I'll certainly be disappointed if there's no new course and I'm semi-resigned to that already. But I'll stay. There are other golf games out there as we all know, and some will be an adequate substitute for some current WGTers, but for me no other game can match the combination of graphics, gameplay and community that WGT can. It's more than a game, it's a social experience with some good friends and that'll keep me here for as long as it remains true, or until the last lights are switched off.

  Me I`ll be here until the great shut down comes . I stumbled upon the game back in 2011 just looking for free online games to play . Found this and have been here ever since . I looked at Chads profile and its dead as can be . No action at all . But back when the mobile version first started he claimed to have been playing that instead of the pc version .

  I was questioning his where abouts back during that time . I think that was when everyone was acting the same way about Chambers Bay .But anyway it doesnt matter if we get a new course or not . It would be nice since its always been that way since being here . But I wont quit playing if not .

  As long as I can keep enjoying myself with what is here , then Im playing . I dont see Top Golf dropping the pc version as it still generates revenue . The mobile version is still not as good as the pc and there is still room to create a cross platform between the two . I think if they let anything go it will be the baseball side of the game . Not sure how that part is going as I have never played it .

  Does anyone know whats happening with the baseball side of the game ?

  I think they have 2 separate baseball games (one on facebook and one a mobile app version ~~ the one I play is mobile app).

  My thoughts are there will never be a "new" course added, again. Maybe a "best of", if that.

  If this year's new course is a best of course, the VUSO is dead. I hope not, but w/o THE new course, it's just a tourney using the name VUSO. And I doubt there will be a grand prize trip, either. Probably go the route they took with the skytrak monitor after the initial tourney that offered an actual monitor and call it a skytrak tourney and give a way a 100.00 gift card.

  This year's VUSO prize: a 100.00 gift card to the usga shop (which might get you a coffee mug) and a Shinnecock golf cap to the leader and one lucky sweepstakes winner!!

  Pfft...I only commented because I saw WGT Baseball mentioned. THAT is a fun and relaxing game.

  Yup, me too. I'm figuring it'll happen when Flash gives up the ghost. I doubt we'll ever see a cross-platform scenario.

  Until I get 10,000 posts .

  I love this game still .

  With my free golf balls I still have not mastered the long courses on here .

  So still plenty to interest me .

  Another post nearer 10,000 .
