kavvz: In the spirit of the holiday season; pay it forward not only here but when people less fortunate hold out a cup (an example) looking for change. Ask yourself are ya really going to miss that $5.

Normally at this time of year I have supported MrCaddie Christmas cheer on WGT....in addition to real life giving to less fortunate.
I have paid for underprivileged and humble peoples groceries (not alcohol) and volunteered at the local charity Christmas dinner for the homeless and giving small toys to their kids as well as supporting foodbanks and other charities.
This year I have also donated to a Head Injury Organisation who help rehabilitate people with brain injuries as well as support their families.
I recently had the honor of attending a BBQ and meeting some families who have been supported by this charity, I was humbled by the experience.
I had never given head injuries a second thought (I have been lucky enough not to know anyone affected).......until someone I know on WGT suffered a couple of head knocks resulting in concussions. Nothing too serious (I hope) but it made me think.....and this year I have decided to donate for this cause rather than WGT.
