In order to win against the best legends and tour masters, raptures are probably not good enough.  But raptures will be good enough to win at the master level and be decently competitive as a tour master.

Sorry if im highjacking the question - but as a low ranking amateur (L26) My question with the Raptures would be -  should I get the Rapture V2 graphite (L25) NOW or wait a little longer for the  Rapture V2 graphite (L33) 2010 edition.

Does the half dot of precision on the L33's make that much of a difference in real terms, or will the L25 suffice till Master as some have alluded to?

The rule I try to stick by is always get the best of any range of clubs. That means level 48 for the Raptures. I know that's a way off but if you can wait you'll save a lot of credits as you'll probably get the L48 when you can anyway and ditch the lower ones.

More dots equals better shots, there's no getting away from that, plus the better ones hit a few yards longer.

"More dots equals better shots", I should copyright that.

Craptures!.:)...these are wonderful clubs! I have been using these since level 47. They are both accurate & with callaway ball, have all the spin you need!

I'm amazed at all the hoopla over all the new clubs that are always added every new upgrade! Now the level 59 G10's are no longer good enough for the big guns....have to buy the new Burner irons to play better:) Are the level 80 R9's drivers no longer able to perform?  Have to buy the R11! It goes on & on!

The key here is to know your clubs & practice, practice, practice! In my case, i could average in the 50's if I could putt better (and believe me , i practice putting a lot!). But my Raptures irons put me there every time for that birdie putt! So, in my opinion these are the best irons out there...
