Poor AD Choices

  I understand that ads are necessary to keep this program running and making improvements etc. 

  The next statements are MY opinion. While most of the ads are acceptable and my kids can sit with me while I play golf. Some of the ads are not acceptable! 

  Girls with their first tampon experience,... rock and rollers out of control and a couple others are NOT appropriate. When I have to ask my kids to leave the room or I have to minimize the screen then, I think, other ads are better. The golf ads etc etc are what I would expect in this arena. 

  Even ad driven Google gives you the option to close offensive or unwanted ads.

  You do realize that most ads on here like just about any other site that has ads are chosen by what you have viewed on the web. Don\t blame WGT for the ads that are set by your web surfing habits. 

  Plus if you want no ads just install something like Ad Block or Ad Block plus and never see an ad again.

  Wow,... spoken like a real idiot,... speak before you know anything. I am a web developer and there are no "web surfing habits" on this end.

  When you speak,.. make sure your foot is out of your mouth or keep your off base opinions to yourself.

  On here, that's simply not true. Most of the ads that I see on here are totally unrelated to my browsing history.

  I guess WGT didn't like my first reply to your post that's why they didn't post it on the thread

   So I will say it again maybe I'll have to say it a little bit different

   Let's try it this way 

   You say you find that commercial offensive 

   But I'm willing to bet the commercial with 20 something-year-old girls dancing in their underwear is fine with you

  You must be one hell of a developer. There is no question searches one does show up in the form of related ads. This site is a perfect example. I guarantee if I were to pause Adblock I would be seeing ads for tablets-I've been looking at them. It's called targeted advertising.

  What is it people like you have to start your replies with insults instead of knowledge.

  Some sites are using Google browsing technology to supply ads as you say. Some do not and use other subscribed to advertising where the ads are random. And just for your information,... you can search grandma and come up with some disgusting images because of descriptions in meta tags and NOT actual content.

  Where do you find your info,... comic books
