  I frequently see on my home-page/profile page that so-and-so has challenged me to beat their score of 'wotever' at such-and-such course in stroke play. None of these "challenges" state what tees/ green speed/ wind or pin positions ! If I take up a challenge, how does the challenger know my score ?

  With the new end of game message it shows your score for that round and some of your friends best score for that course and gives you the option to gain 10 experience points by clicking on share my score with my friends.That is how they would know your score for that course. True it does not show the conditions that the round was played under but if you know what tier your friend is in then you should be able to figure out fairly closely what the conditions were.

  John!

  At the end of any stroke play game you finish, a box will pop up asking if you wish to share your score with anyone on your friends list.

  Just something new that wgt has added to encourage players to play more:)

  Best just ignore them. Or turn them off.

  You can turn the messages off on your game settings.

  Indeed, get rid of it, it is a useless "feature". And fix the meter already.

  Q: How do I challenge friends to beat my score?  I've  accepted many challenges from friends and, post round, challenge them to beat mine.  But I don't know how to initiate the challenge???

  Help! Anyone?

  GoldCard.

  Must be some sort of  a "beta" issue.  I just played a 9 hole stroke play practice round and did NOT get the box asking me to challenge my friends to beat my score????

  Any one else experiencing this?

  I also played an 18 hole stroke play, LIVE, and no challenge box.

  1) It only works if your "End of game messages" are enabled in the game settings.

  2) It only works for ranked rounds, 9 or 18 holes, not for practice.
     (not sure about RGs and non-tiered tournaments)

  3) After finishing, the friends' list appears and a choice of 10 may be challenged, add 10 XP for each invitation.

  4) If their mail address is correct they receive the challenge.

  5) Following the link in the mail they may play the same course with their ranked conditions, i.e. different tees for different tiers. (may not apply to non-tiered tournaments)

  6) When the invitee has completed his round, he receives 50 extra XPs.

  7) A double scorecard is sent to both players, making comparison possible.

  Obviously, errors in the mail adresses will interrupt the challenges as well as WGT errors do. There has been report of such error recently, combined with mails from CC events missing.
