Golf Balls and Meter Speed

  Does the higher quality balls (calloways, srixons) slow the meter speed down any slower than the WGT unlimited ball? I know that the WGT GI3-S does, but was wondering about the others. Thanks.

  Yes is does for sure... If you look at the stats for each ball... it will show how much, SPIN, DISTANCE, FEEL and DURABILITY each ball has.

  Spin = how much spin each ball can have

  Distance = how much extra distance each ball can have

  Feel = is what you look for when you want to see how it affects the meter speed

  Durability = how long the ball will last

  The more dots the better.

  To know if a ball slow down the meter, you have to look how many dots are next to "feel" in their characteristics (together with spin, distance and durability). 0 dot means that the meter is not slowed down. 1 dot it is slowed down a bit, 2 dots a bit more etc.

  So yes Callaway (2.5 dots for feel) and srixon (2 dots for feel) slow down the meter.

  Your Welcome... I found the Callaways (when I first got them) were very hard to use. They might be expensive, but last longer than the others. The Gi-Sd's are very good overall, which I had to go back to after I gave up on the Callaways (back then) 

  Now it's all Callaway Legends for me... very good ball. 

  It's all personal taste and what you like and fell confidant using.

  Also the Dove ( 30 second video ) advert that pops up sometimes just before you start a game is not a scam. just watch the video and wgt will gift you a GI-SD ball for free every time. You should take advantage of that offer while it last.
