...again...I read some old posts(useless) about this topic(missing awards) and I think that (WE ARE IN 2018!!!) it's time to SOLVE THIS BUG of all these missing awards...

    What do you think about it     M r .  W G T I C O N    ????

(P.S.) In my ''golf madness'' I wrote on sheet of paper every ''flag ding shot'' (only for some courses) and then checked the CORRECT increase in ''TOTAL HIT FLAGSTICKS'' award...BUT...how T.F. is it possible that 18 ''flag ding shots''  (ONE FOR EACH HOLE) on ROYAL ST. GEORGE, correctly increased in ''TOTAL HIT FLAGSTISKS'' award, have not granted  ''Royal St George's Flag Stick Master'' award?

(P.S.)²  If I score -18 in a stroke, ''birdies in one round'' and ''birdies streak'' awards should not they be automatically assigned?...it happen to me when I scored 71 on ''best par 5 challenge'' (full 18 - 6 november 2017)...Strangely ''2016 best of par 5 holes survivor'' award is update correctly.

NO REGARDS [IN FIRST POST(CENSORED) I WROTE ''REGARDS''...MAYBE IT BOTHERED]

There are a few flaws in the awards section, some of long heritage. On top of the list, in ridiculousness, is the "HIO on each Par5" of the Bo5 course - ROTFL!

Other than that, the awards are minor issues which probably are on the umpteenth position in priority, unlikely to be touched if not fixed.

My two Pfennig: Take them as they are, get what is available, and chuckle about the rest!

    Have fun!!

P.S. New posters like you are on moderation - your posts may take a few hours to a few days to appear.

    TopShelf2010:

Is that why there are scores like 162 and 171 at RSG? Because you were going for "flagsticks"?

Does it count no matter how many shots it takes to hit it?  Personally I think they should only count of it's a shot to the green in regulation or less.

Pitching at the stick, putting back off the green and trying again would be pretty pathetic.  It would account for such silly scores though.

I know I've seen a couple profiles with several awards right in a row under activity, which appears to be the system updating several at one time ... both of these were high level players, and should have had those awards long time ago ... IMHO ...

It's a pleasure to see someone interested in the post.

I have clearly written this post so that '' 'a specific user' reads it and I'm waiting for his answer.

Of my profile, my scores and anything else I do not care(for a long time now).

This is my way of having fun in wgt.

But if there are awards there will be a reason and if the system is bugged I want to solve the problem once and for all (not just for me but for everyone), otherwise, as someone says, better delete them from the system and implement another type of awarding or add other courses for example.

The worst thing is that it seems that wgt ''says'' : ''hey people!! write problems in the forums or contact customer service but ''I decide'' whether to solve them or not''.

In the past I have contacted the customer service for the same problems(also reported in the forums) of many of you, and many times I found an email with the exact same copy\paste message of apologies and unsolvable problem.

This is the reason why I no longer believe in wgt as a functional game and I don't play it with such diligence anymore(as I used to do in past).

Write this first and last post with the hope that this 'famous specific user' will read and do something about it.

So, why did you post it here? Why not cut to the chase and just post it on his wall?

At the risk of belaboring the point, this seems like an odd approach. Of course, I suppose it's one step above handing your friend Joey a note during study hall to pass it on to Suzie. :-)
