tee box handicaps should be eliminated. the first thing most players upgrade is the driver. if a lesser tier player has a 300 yd capable driver and gets a 30 to 50 yard handicap i t results in playing a long iron vs mid or short iron in multiplayer games. the same holds true for par 3 tee boxes. results should be based on skill and not tiers.
