Magazine Offer

     I completed the Magazine offer through Trialpay on may 28th, was supposed to receive 1250 credits, much to my chagrin I never received it, contacted Trialpay support, was instructed to forward a copy of the survey invitation, Continued to tell them I did not receive any such email. They said they needed proof that I completed the offer, so I provided screencaps of the completed offer  (made this a common practice with trail pay some time ago as they have tried this before), was told that was NOT sufficient.

         I then waited patiently for 12 days, received the Magazines (Sports illustrated and Entertainment Weekly) and welcome letters in the mail, took pictures of them making sure to include enlarged photos showing my name and account number in the address tabs on each of the magazines and the welcome flyers. Sent these pictures along with the same screen caps back to trial pay, where I was again shot down and told that they needed the survey invitation. I again told them I did not receive such an invitation and could not provide it, but was fairly certain I had provided enough proof of completion to receive my credits.

        I was then told again that I had not provided enough proof, and needed to provide the survey invitation email, and instructed to call Sports Illustrated and Entertainment Weekly directly and provided a contact number for each VIA the trial pay rep. I then contacted Both, told the customers service reps exactly what was needed to complete the offer (read them Trial pays emails to both reps verbatim), they both informed me they had no idea what this survey invitation is, that they have no idea whom it was generated from, and that they have no access to third parties involved to even find out what this survey request is or who sends it.  I then asked if they could please just send me something stating I had completed the offer to send to trial pay. They sent me an email containing my name, account number, ect...all showing that I had completed the offer, and am currently receiving their products from the dates provided to Trial pay.

        I forwarded this email along with the pictures, screencaps, and a description of the conversation with the magazine reps. I received another email this morning informing me that I have to please forward a copy of the survey invitation email to complete the offer, that they are unable to track the completion of the offer. I personally am offended and think that I have gone above and beyond to prove my completion of the offer, they will not credit me (which is a moot issue anyway, this is not about the credits anymore, I have already purchased what I needed), but I will not stop contacting them until this is resolved. Not sure exactly what the point of this post is other than to inform you, and perhaps let you know this is not a good offer to complete, I have completed many other offers with great result, but this is a little ridiculous on Trialpays end. I think they need to revamp their customer service before they start discouraging repeat business.
