For months I have had a problem that WGT can't seem to understand or fix. Some days, probably 50%, when I win a head-to-head match, the amount of the winnings is subtracted from my coin total. I do understand the entry fee is subtracted from the winnings. What I am talking about is the entry fee and winnings are subtracted so my total is less after winning.
I have also three times in the past couple of months had my coins go down overnight while not playing. A couple of weeks ago, they were cut in half, about 120,000, to which WGT acknowledged the mistake and replaced them.
Until this is remedied, I will not spend another dollar on balls, clubs, or passes. I have been going back and forth with WGT and they don't seem to get it or care.
