  why are we getting "game over with no winner" during alt shot games...it is a complete waste of balls when this happens?

  Hello,

  This past week, several of the players in my CC at The Fairway Fanatics Golf Club, are experiencing getting a " 1075 error code. Not eligible to play this tournament " Is there someone I need to contact directly to notify WGT of this bug, and nudge along a fix? 

  In talking with other CC owners and players around WGT, it seems to be happening around the timing of a game update. 

  Please advise and thank you for any input I can get to give to my members.

  Been having issues the last few days when entering a tournament. When I press the enter button the screen freezes with the spinning circle of doom doing it's thing for as long as I will let it  and until I lose my patience.  If I back out it shows me entered and says "need to play". When I try to play I get an error message. 

  I have figured out that if I close the app and reopen it will ask me if I want to continue or forfeit. At this point it works fine when I press continue. 

  I have uninstalled and reinstalled WGT 3 times today but that has not fixed the problem. 

  Tried reporting problem via help / contact us page and get form expired message.  Tried several times, shortening narration each time with same result, " form expired" .. On 7th try I simply typed "help!" ........Yep, you guessed it, " form expired" LMAO

  Checked main forum and discovered it is widespread and not just me. Whew, (wipe sweat off forehead).. My love-hate relationship with WGT continues.

  I have seen Charlie's message to the thread, thank you. I, like many, would like a resolution, because the hard reboot answer simply isn't a fix. It's the game, not the players computer. Nico and his gang, need to get on this.

  i have been playing this game for over ten years. when top golf took over the game took a real dive. but it is truly impressive how you folks at wgt keep making the game worse as you add new graphics and gimmicks. the ball constantly rolls over the hole as if it wasn't even there. the stick is a hologram, the ball rolls right through it. most of us play this game because we like golf, not because we want to make you richer. there are certain holes that play ridiculously short and you won't fix it. profit before quality. the american way. it is disgusting. please fix this game, the golf part not the glitz part.

  I completely agree with the power bar stutter...it's so bad I can't even play...normally on the front 9 of PGA national...I average anywhere from -2 to-7...I can't even make par on holes...the putter stutter on the powerbar is killing EVERYTHING...I have complained about this game being rigged and they tried to blame it on my computer...there is so many things they need to fix...but won't...it's give us your money and to F&*()_+ bad....go on FB and read all the horrible comments about this game now...especially with this update...many people are having the power problem...last night(Nov 4 2024) I played on the one hole coin game...5 of 7 people JUST started with powerbar problems like myself...I can't even play closest to the hole rounds...might quit and go back to my "Call of Duty" and "Motorcycle" racing....they won't do anything...and I can prove it with there responses...they will NOT fix this...
