    JohnnyPhoton:

O.K. here's a problem for you . Now ,I dont know how many of you remember the great pepper flash debacle of sept. 2012 but it is back in the form of pepper flash debacle Jan. 2013 ,only difference is that it cannot be permanently disabled. you must disable it every time you restart Google (or whatever your browser). This has absolutely nothing to do with WGT. It is a bane to the entire internet community and we will have to deal with it until adobe takes there heads out of their sockets. we didn't want it the first time but apparently  adobe has nothing new to offer but to make the same mistake over and over again.so..... type chrome:plugins into your address bar  when you get to  the plugins page dissable the pepperflash version, this will not delete it !!! book mark this page!!!   you will need to access it many times a day to dissable it over

    and over

    and over again.

you will allso have to down load a non ''pepper'' flash player to remain active

    GL  e1......JP

Simply switch to a more stable browser that does not have pepper flash. Comodo Dragon,SRWare Iron and Maxthon 3 are all more stable for playing WGT and don't have pepper flash. There are also many other browsers that are better for playing WGT and don't have pepper flash. Just chose one of them and you no longer have to worry about disabling pepper flash.Sure you can keep using Chrome and disable pepper flash after each flash update,or in your case before you play each time. But why do it when there are so many much more stable browsers that don't have pepper flash?

I use google chrome all the time, had a problem with pepper flash, but have never had the problem you describe. I've downloaded new versions of flash twice, disabled pepper flash the first time, and has remained disabled since. Thanks for the info.....will be on the look-out............"see you in the short grass"..........................gv

Doesn't make a difference. 5 different browsers and all posted clubs still come up 30 yards short. Top balls still dont have max stats?? What are you waiting for? A ball that literally never breaks b4 u give it top rating. Stupid website!!!!!!!!!!

I have zero issues using Comodo and a good cable internet connection. I don't use a fancy gaming pc, this one is a very plain Dell and 7 years old.

Bring your pc to a highly recommended pc shop, have it cleaned out, checked for the bad stuff and see what they say. Even try the game from their shop. Most likely they have a great connection.

I wanted to mention that some players may be using the wrong version of Flash Player in other browser versions than Chrome.

Since Adobe rolled out Flash version 11.xx, Flash videos and Flash Players have been a nightmare for many users.

A fix for this is rolling back to Flash Player version 10.3.xxx.xx (scroll down). All versions for Windows and Linux are in the download as well. YouTube videos will play smoother and not have that choppiness when scrolling the page. The game-play at WGT is not affected in any way with the older version of Flash Player.

Some web pages you visit that uses Flash may ask that you upgrade to the latest version of Flash Player before it displays.

Download the Flash Player 'Uninstaller' here.

    @why9,

I'm using the current version of Firefox (20.0) with Flash Player version 10.3.183.48. The new version of Flash Player (11.xx) has a protected mode built into it and it's suggested to set it's parameters to 0/false, but in many instances, this doesn't correct the choppiness that occurs with Flash platform web sites.

Reverting back to an older version of Flash Player is recommended by Adobe.

What optimization tasks are you doing for WGT game-play?

    What OS are you using?

What version of Flash Player did you switch to?

You have to be sure to uninstall the the old Flash Player before installing the new one. You'll only need to run the Flash Player for Windows. There's no need to extract all the Flash Player versions in the 10.3.xxx.xx Flash Player download.

I would suggest using a different browser and not use IE or Chrome for WGT game-play. They tend to be a pain in the rear. Some players have good luck with those browsers, but most don't. I would suggest Firefox, Palemoon, or Maxthon browsers.
