Taylormade Red Spider Putter (L51+)

    Hi,

    I`m shopping for a putter and I`m interested with the Red spider L51, there is no review, so I would like to know if someone as tried  it or owned it that could help me decide if this is a good choice, 

    I`m a Tour Pro player with average score of 69

    I'm guessing that there are no reviews because, at that level, most people would get either the Rossa (L55+) or (if they wanted to spend the credits) the Sabertooth. 

    The Rossa has a great reputation and is pretty inexpensive. But if you're going to spend the extra credits that you would for the Spider, you're probably better off spending just a bit more and getting the Sabertooth.

    If it were me, however, I wouldn't get any of them. You're not that far from Level 70. The  Level 70 Versa is one of the best putters in the Pro Shop. I'd wait for that putter because you're not that far off.

    That's just my 2 cents. Others may have a different opinion. 

    By the way, if you really want to improve your putting, invest in 3 high-quality wedges. That'll do more for you than a new putter would.

    Ditto that, on both counts. The Level 70 Versa is far and away the best putter in the pro shop south of the highest level Sabertooth, and will easily take you to Legend.

    And the best bang for the buck really is a good set of wedges.

    It's the same / rebranded Nike putter.....

    Best choice @ mid level for 10 / 20 / 50 / 100 ft increments imo, your next putter would be the L77 one followed by the L94.

    Highly recommended.

    Super Pass Proposal:   Clubs who don't Clash could use their super passes during clash weekend in lieu of regular passes for ranked rounds or tourney play.  They would double the days Xp's . 

    Super Passes could also be sold in the Pro shop for say 75cr or 100 (2) passes. Making them available anytime for all players.
