Beware All WGT Members-Possible Fraudulent Scam

  Tried to earn 7500 WGT bonus points by clicking on an offer under the heading of Casino Deals 24,  which directed me to Diamond Reels Casino. I've spent the better part of the last 2 days trying to fulfill the 3 requirements listed. Was able to open a casino gaming account & then make the $25 (minimum) deposit, but have not been able to fulfill the 3rd requirement of wagering $25 (minimum), which is a prerequisite in order to receive my 7500 WGT points. Numerous customer service calls & chats to Diamond Reel have not resolved the issue & all I get is flimsy, roundabout, bogus answers To make a long story short, I've been unable to fulfill the final requirement of wagering $25 in order to receive my 7500 bonus points, but worse than that, I'm currently out the money as well, with the casino having confidential credit card & personal info they asked for upon opening an account. 

  Contacted WGT, but they were absolutely NO HELP, sending me a scripted reply informing me it was OUT OF THEIR HANDS & to contact Trial Pay who is responsible for awarding the points. Then I contacted Trial Pay & they sent me a similar scripted generic reply informing me it was OUT OF THEIR HANDS as well, & to contact Diamond Reels customer service. Since I've not been able to resolve this issue with Diamond Reels, I'll most likely lose my $25 deposit & not receive any WGT points. Beware if you see this offer. I will update this post should I get any resolution or find out I was wrong. Lastly, don't rely on WGT or Trial Pay for any assitance. They have no problem hanging you out to dry. Any input from members with any dealings concerning this offer would be appreciated.

  Contact your card company and explain the problem to them . You now have around 90 days to contest any charge or payment on your card . Explain the purpose of the charge and that the offer wont allow you to receive the credits due to its blocking you from completing the offer . You can then reverse the charge and thus get your money back .

  Thx for advice. It dawned on me later in the day that I could contest the charge to Amex & likely get my measly $25 back, as you said. What makes me more angry than anything is the COMPLETE lack of help from either WGT or Trial Pay & their indifference, even though these offers are promoted by both. 

  FYI or anyone else, this company "Diamond Reels" is located in Curacao. When attempting to access their website, it is NOT possible to wager any deposited $$ we have in our account, so in essence, once you make any deposit, it's virtually gone forever. Clicking almost anywhere on their website does nothing, or either takes you round & round & round again. I read online that this company has a policy of being able to "confiscate" account funds after 180 days of non-activity. I'm sure you can see the scam. If a person is not able to navigate their scam website or make a wager, then in essence their money is liable for forteiture after 180 days for non-activity.

  As for the person mentioning that gambling is illegal online in the US, if that is so, then I was not aware of such. Additionally, I am not a gambler & this was intended to be only a 1-time shot to pickup 7500 WGT points. Guess the old time adage is valid: "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't".

  Depends on the state that you`re in . Most states do allow online gambling and those that dont site arent allowed to advertise or operate .

  @slim jym Most states its 30 - 90 days to contest a charge . The offshore gambling sites its user beware . There are some sites advertised that are very legit . I like you dont gamble so I fully understand , So goood luck and hope it all works out .

  Probably the best way to get credits is with the surveys. It's usually a slow process and you can't gain too many at once, but it is pretty safe. One word of caution though, be careful with your email address. I gave my one time and am still getting spam mail.

  Your last sentence says it all, it probably sounded too good to be true.

  As far as WGT and TrialPay  customer service being o no help to you; that is a given. Neither company vets offers from outside vendors or gives any guarantees.They are simply pass through middlemen who make offers available and have no responsibility for the content. This is true with all offers here so it is "buyer beware".

  Since these so called "offers" never seem to pan out and it seems you were wanting credits, I might have taken that $25 and bought 2500 credits with it.  ;)

  But alas, you didn't know it wouldn't work.  I'm of the mind if its too good to be true, it probably is.  $75 in credits for $25.  Hmmmm....

  Not all are bogus.I did get 7500 credits for £20 deposit with a UK gambleing site.I do have a yearly bet on the formula 1 championship.So it was what i would have spent anyway..and got my 7.5k credits as a bonus.

  The net is full of scammers tho and your one does sound very iffy!
