voice option for chat

  add a voice option to the chat window.

  simple check box to activate.

  Ventrilo or Skype are easy to download.

  some people rather just have it in game. I myself would like to see it in game myself personally

  I don't see it happening right now. It would take quite a while to properly implement and would likely never be as good as skype, which has taken several years to develop by 100's of people.
