where has the spin gone

  I am at a loss here before congressional ans RSG came online my ball use to have a lot of spin, I am using the callaway spin balls.

  Now for some inexplicable reason  my ball has next to no spin if i play a 15yds flop before it would stop within a yard now I hit the same shot and my ball rolls 2-3 yds why!!, have wgt done something that they haven't told us about, even when I play shots from bunkers now my ball will roll 3-5 yds on the greens so wot has happened what ever it is that you have done please revert to the way it was.

  Since tampering with the fringe last update, the fringe acts like a spring now, and zooms balls way past.

  I have noticed a bit of change on the spin as well as distance decreases on the short wedges. There for a few days I kept coming up short on 30, 35, 40 foot shots with an iron. I kept wondering what the hell was going on. Bottom line, something was changed but I cannot tell you exactly when.

  I can't be sure if that's the case. Fringe fixes should only affect flop if you are flopping from the fringe or any shot that lands or passes through the fringe. It took us several month get new version of fringe out because of how complicated it was, so perhaps there are some changes.

  I, however, did not notice any as of yet

  Since the change I have noticed my Cleveland 64 W has been hitting short, especially when chocked down, cleared flash and browser but that didn't help any.

  no, I noticed the same thing with my short wedges and I use the satins.

  If I am on the fairway they have been coming up short, and if I'm on the fringe, they go blazing past, same with 20% rough or sand, same shots, same spin I always used before. All shots must be connected in the game somehow, they mess with the values of fringe and bam, all other shots are affected. Maybe they should take a few more months, I'd rather know where my shots are going than putt from the fringe, any day..

  Huh? That wedge came with the change!!   The fringe was fixed in the same update that club came out. Mine works like a champ in all modes. Learn the spin.

  If you have nothing constructive to add then why post just to knock someone!!, he thinks it is a problem as do other people here, we are not all superior golfers like yourself obviously.
