I just played the Master RG front 9 at BPB.  Go into #8, par 3, at -3.  I hit my tee shot into the rough to the left of the green.  I get down there, and there is NO AIMING CURSOR.  None on screen, none on the mini-map.  So I ASSUME that the cursor is invisible but on the cup like it is everywhere else, so I hit my chip

My ball goes dead sideways.  Not like the beast, not like it hit something.  It was aimed 10 feet dead to my right.  Damn near goes in the water.  Double bogey.

Since WGT can't assume the result I would have had on #8 without their technical issue, I will accept my 100c fee back and null my result.  If not, I will be satisfied with an assumed par on the hole and the payout for a 32 on the RG.   If I bet on a race, and there is a technical problem with it, I get my bet back.  WGT had a technical problem with the game.  I require my entry fee back.  Or reset me back to #8 and fix WGT's issue that caused the double bogey.

Good luck with that....for what it's worth, I've had that same issue once on the same hole, from the same spot, with the same result, though I did get it up and in for a 4 after scratching my head a bit. Sent in a bug report but obviously it didn't get fixed

    Yeah, I know...

But a 32 on the BPB RG usually works out to a tie for 5th or so, which would turn a profit.  Since the error/glitch is totally WGT's fault, I think it's pretty reasonable that I get my entry fee back, and we call it even, rather than the credits I should have won had WGT not made an error.

You know, it is a business.  In business, if you give the customer a faulty product, generally you refund their money when they retirn the faulty item.  This RG was faulty.  It may be only 100c, but it is time WGT started treating their customers like customers, since most of us DO pay money to this site.  I am prepared to take this further barring my refund.

And yes, I have sent an e-mail to WGT support advising them that I am owed a refund and why.

    JaLaBar:
Since the error/glitch is totally WGT's fault,

There is an option in the menu system which allows you to save your game & play it later on.

Not WGT fault you chose to hit the ball when there was no courser. More then likely was a bug at the time (yes)  simple restart in most cases whould have fixed the issue.

This is true.  However, if they are going to allow skill gaming, using that course, they have a responsibility to make sure the course is sound, and if not, it is their fault that there was a bug at that spot next to the green.  And as such, they are responsible for any issues that occur because of it.  I am not going to argue the point.  I will receive a refund or I will take it further.
