In the Options - Game settings menu ( top left corner ) scroll down untill you get here
Make sure Putter Pal Display is ticked.
When I checked, just to be sure though, I see you're not in a Country Club. You need to be in a club that has Putter Pal on offer. (free)
If not it's regular trips to the Pro Shop.
