    TWOMINUSONE:

We all know Yuchiang and chad where the original operators of the game, but this is the first ive heard of Yuchiangs name popping up since the sell off.

Seems topgolf are not wholly responsible for the demise after all.

Top Golf Media was/is wgt media 5, look at your cookies...thats who all the old WGT employees still around are now employed by I'm guessing, and it was part of the deal that he would be president of it from day 1...

They run the site/app, TopGolf has the final say on everything....

    TyMacni:

    To WGT,

Pharmaceutical companies create generic versions of name brand drugs.                              The Automotive industry has OEM parts suppliers as an alternative to  manufacturer parts.    I suggest WGT make available a generic version of the Nike line of Balls matching Level and specs for each.

And, as these are generics, we can follow other industries models and provide them to end users (WGT Players) at a lower cost than the Name Brand.

    TyMacni

P.S. Further suggestion - coordinate introduction of Generic line with Nike's departure creating a seamless transition. This would allow your members to avoid financial impact of stock piling the Nike's.  For you, it would take what would have been Customer resentment and ill will and turn it around. exceeding Customer expectations and creating good will to all.

My guess is that they do the same as they did when they replaced the Nike clubs and go all Callaway. A few months ago Callaway invested an additional $20 Million in Top Golf, bringing their total stake in the company to over $70 Million and a 15% ownership stake.

After through review I found there are no balls that have the high rated capacity as some of the Nike Balls. The only one close is the top of the line MAX. All others fall way short!

Nike was the best in Quality, Feature, Form, and Price of all the Clubs and Balls. The Nike Vapor Fly Pro Iron Set (L80+) is a great set and tops many currently available clubs. I have been asked many times about where I got them from. Fortunately I purchased them and cannot have them taken or worn out.

WGT needs to find some direct replacements for the Big Hole the loss of Nike is causing!
