There are more in real life. You'll get used to it.

Is there a list anywhere? I mean, you got fast, very fast...then all the sudden you go away from naming them in a fashion to where we as players know how fast they are and you start naming them...standard, tournament? That's just ridiculous.

Question for ya,   do you play golf in real life?

If you do, then you should know that greens speeds can vary from day to day, course to course,  heck even hole to hole.

    If you don't, then re-read last statement^^^^

I play in a real golf league and I can tell you if you start play in the morning and the dew is still on the greens they are slow, then as the sun comes up and warms the ground the greens get faster and faster.

I think WGT has great green speed settings. Yeah they aren't perfectly (mathematically) explained and they shouldn't be, that's what a Caddie is for..and we don't have them here....yet.

Your scores look alright for a pro with a starter putter.  We all have to learn green speeds. Wgt is not picking on you it's the way the game is set up to make the most important part of the game the hardest..Good Luck...!!

    lets see

    Theres slow

    Then fast

    Then really fast

Then tap the ball and watch it fly off the green 20 ft into the rough

    I love a challenge :D

I know from what I've read we're to have a practice green sometime in the future..I think this will alleviate a lot of the angst on the green speeds. Having an idea of the speeds and what they do to a shot will help before going in kinda guessing.

The first time I did the US Open on "Tournament" greens I think it was I realized fast that it was like putting on a plane of glass!
