Being blocked during a game

  I was on the 8th hole, just short of the green when a survey window popped up. I could not close it or reduce it. I tried to answer the survey before my time ran out, but ended up having to take a shot while being blinded by it. I finished the survey and it still wouldn't close. I had to finish the ninth hole blinded by this window. Has anyone else had this happen? How do you report problems like this?

  I have had something similar happen, your best bet is to just close the browser window with the little "X" button at the top right of screen, then click on the play now button on your profile and it will ask you do you want to continue, click yes ofcourse and finish your game. Another thing you can try if you have the mozilla firefox browser is to get the "ADBLOCK" add on, eliminates all adds altogether. Don't think WGT like it much for obviouse adblocking reasons but no more problems with pesky ads, hope this helped.

  I haven't had that problem. I would have 'Saved and Quit' the game from the 'Menu', then closed the game window and hit the 'Play Now' button again to restart the game where you left off. Try that if it happens again.

  I had the exact same problem on Sunday evening. Problem was we were playing a fourball at the time and I could only save and continue on my own. Happy to say hasn't happened again.
