CS Glitch

  I have sent 3 requests to CS in the past couple of days and haven't heard anything ,  I usually get a conformation in my email that says they received the request ,  But I didn't get anything in my email .  I am wondering if they even got the requests ?   Anyone else having problems ?

  Someone is on vacation and they are behind. Came from wgtdbloshoe. They pulled him out of the moth balls to help.
