    so i got on the game back in '09 and recently started playing again...and this time im actually trying! haha  so i want to get some tips from some of yall on what to get for my bag? i have 6700 credits and trying to spend them wisely 

    im a level 32 close to 33 tour pro at 72.84 and dropping daily 

    i have the Spider putter

    ping rapture v2 amatuer 10.5 fo my driver and the ping rapture 3 wood

    everything else is the tour starters.

    Im thinking about getting some irons on wedges but not sure which ones?  anybody have any advise?

    I'll respond, just to get YankeeJim's attention.  He's pretty good at explaining club differences.

    The first thing I'd do, though, is get rid of the Spider putter.  I tried it when I was around your level and found it very inconsistent and the meter increments weren't as easy to calculate (25,50, etc.... vs. 15, 30, etc...).

    Also, buy the best balls you can.

    thanks for the fast response! i definantly hate the putter but havent had the credits to change it until recently so i might change it up

    ill be looking at some new balls as well

    I know a lot of people who like the starter putter better than the Spider.  I think it plays somewhat similar to the better putters, so if you get used to it, there won't be much of an adjustment when/if you upgrade.
