Can someone please tell me how a Level 103 player, with a sub-60 scoring avg, remain a "tour master"?

You need 200 Ranked rounds. and an avg. of 61 to reach Legend. Par 3s and 5s do not count or Country club Custom Courses.

OK checked your profile. You give wrong info or are you talking about someone else. You are lvl. 101, A Legend, And your avg. is 66.68. So to reach Tour Legend you need 500 Ranked rounds as a Legend and an avg. of 60.

I'm afraid you got that partly wrong. It's only 50 ranked rounds as a Tour Master (and 61.00 average) for promotion.

200 scores come into play for Tour Legends and Champs...

Sorry but he had wrong STATs that he posted. But I do believe your Mistaken. Tour Master you need 200 RR to advance to legend and an avg. of 61. For Tour Legend you need 500 RR and an avg. of 60. If I'm wrong please let me know gonna be a Tour Legend soon.

Seems to me that a player at Level 103 would have enough rounds, and with an avg below 60, he has to be good enough to have been a TM for a while now.

Tonythegator: Consider your own record. You have reached level 101 but have played only 450 ranked rounds. It would seem that you will be stuck at the Legend tier for some time since you seem to seldom play ranked rounds. (The 2406  alternate shot rounds that you have played have no affect on your tier.)

Perhaps the player you are concerned with has done as you have but at a lower tier. There are many ways to slow tier progression, but  none to stop level progress other than not playing.
