Mobile App crashes after watching ad for credits

  It's happening on my phone too. I talked to the devs and we believe it's only happening on devices running Android 8.0.  

  You will be running into the same issue on bonus XP videos too since they're coming from the same provider. 

  We're investigating and hope to have it solved for you soon.

  Thank you very much Champ for the post to stop all of us affected from trying to figure out what the heck to do next. Could not figure why some people not affected and there are so many variables that one doesn't know where to start..i.e. WGT, phone, carrier, browser... Please let us know when resolved. Thanks again!

  iPhone as well. Hopefully any fix will repair what is happening on IOS also.  I was the OP for this thread and it was for the problem on IOS.

  I watched two ads on my IPhone and on the third it crashed.  Guess the fix was for Android only.
